Is my data secure?
Finsbury Suite uses enterprise-grade security for authentication and the database. Your data is tenant-isolated — no one else can see your searches, watchlists, or alerts. All sensitive data is encrypted at rest using AES encryption. All communication uses HTTPS with strict security headers.
Is Finsbury Suite free?
The Free tier gives you 25 company searches per month, basic profiles, and 5 watchlist slots — completely free with no credit card required. Our Professional tier (£50/month) adds full credit scores, AI summaries, and expanded limits. Free users always have access to the core company intelligence tools.
Is there a mobile app?
Finsbury Suite is a responsive Progressive Web App (PWA) that works great on mobile browsers. You can add Finsbury Suite to your home screen for an app-like experience with push notifications. A dedicated native mobile app may be considered for a future phase based on user feedback.
Can I import my contacts?
Yes. You can bulk import company lists from CSV files. We've also built in duplicate detection and data validation to keep your watchlists clean. Import features help you get started quickly while maintaining data quality.
How do you protect my privacy?
We use encryption at rest for all sensitive data including search history and watchlists. We never sell your data, show ads, or create usage profiles. Your intelligence is yours alone.
